We have a limited understanding of the biological mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders. Understanding and characterizing the similarities and differences seen across people with different disorders is a key goal of POND’s research. POND uses many types of tools and methods in this research. This data will advance our understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and the underlying biology. It is also being used by POND to discover individualized treatments based on a person’s biology.
